Bear Rose Tattoo Supply Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility
- In-Store Purchases: Items purchased in-store can be returned within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt.
- Online Purchases: Items purchased through our Shopify store can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original packing slip or receipt.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized Products: Items that have been customized or made to order are not eligible for return.
- Opened or Used Items: Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for a refund.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.
3. Return Process
- In-Store Returns: Bring the item along with your receipt to our store for processing.
- Online Returns: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at bearrosetattoosupplies@gmail.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please include a copy of the packing slip or receipt in your return package.
4. Refunds
- In-Store Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
- Online Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Shipping and Handling
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Risk of Damage: Bear Rose Tattoo Supply is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during the return shipping process. Please ensure that items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- In-Store Purchases: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please bring it to our store for a replacement or refund. We will inspect the item and address the issue accordingly.
- Online Purchases: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
